Our 2 in 1 Eyeliner Glue is specially formulated to act as an adhesive when wet and an eyeliner when dry. Foolproof lash application every time! No more messy glue spills. The convenient ultra-thin felt tip applicator makes for precision eyeliner and lash glue application. Latex-free. Size: 1.18 ml / 0.04 oz
HOW TO USE:
1. Always shake the eyeliner before use.
2. Apply 2-3 swipes of eyeliner along lash line.
3. For an extra hold apply to the lash band itself.
4. Wait 15-30 seconds.
5. Apply lashes directly on top of eyeliner.
*Store vertically with cap down to prevent drying out.
INGREDIENTS: Water, styrene/acrylates copolymer, black iron oxide (CI 77499) propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin, octanol/ethyl ethyl glycerol.
